Help with DynamicDataWorks™
Your DKSi website has it's own version of our custom content management tool, DynamicDataWorks™ (DDW™) available to you. All the help you'll need to maintain your website is found in convenient help menus that have been integrated right into the tool.
Because the help menus are inside the edit tool, you must first log in to use them.
To log in to your site's content management tool, you must do the following:
- Type your site's development address into the address bar of your web browser and press return/enter.
This address is formatted like: www.dksinteractive.com/dev/yourcompanyname. This information was mailed to you when your site was first set up. If you don't know your site's development address, please email support@dksinteractive.com - You will be prompted for a username and password.
Enter the username and password you were given.
This information was mailed to you when your site was first set up. If you don't know your username and/or password, please email support@dksinteractive.com - You will see the edit tool associated with your website. The help menus are located in the upper right hand corner of the page.
The help menus remain on the page as you work with DDW™.
